Fixes in the health check probe configuration for API target group on ELBv2. The correct health check path now is set to /readyz when AWSLoadBalancerSpec.HealthCheckProtocol is HTTP or HTTPS. (🐛 Allow overriding health check endpoint protocol #4846, @mtulio)
