（只是记录一下计划，最近大概没空更新）

点击“选择窗口”后，改变鼠标指针样式（比如变成十字形），表示进入选择窗口的状态

鼠标移到目标窗口上时，在窗口周围绘制蓝色矩形边框（类似QQ截图等工具的效果）

如果窗口是自身，用红色边框表示不可选

截获鼠标点击，不影响要选择的窗口

完成选择后恢复原来的鼠标样式
