Very easy to configure InviZible Pro (proxy mode) + TrackerControl
or
personalDNSfilter (proxy mode) + TrackerControl
but
How to configure PowerTunnel-Android (proxy mode) + TrackerControl ?

simply by setting port forwarding on trackercontrol
i also tried the same thing with powertunnel but it didn't work.
can you give me a hint?

What exactly are you trying to set up?
You need to set PowerTunnel as an upstream proxy server, I don't see TrackerControl supports it.
