The link provided on links.tiddlywiki.org :

https://kookma.github.io/Refnotes

Gives a 404 error. Apparently it should be /TW-Refnotes.

I would suggest adding the demo page link to the existing readme, and fixing the reference at links.tiddlywiki.org.
