This repo contains the latex version of the manuscript draft, figs, the compiled manuscript and the Jupyter notebook for the supplements.

The notebook with the example code is located under /notebook. The interactive link below points to a runable version using mybinder (the binder image takes some time to start - be patient; if there are persistent problems, you can use the static version to have a look).
