Static template not visible in TYPO3 8.7 #6

After installing the extension the static template is not visible. Creating an ext_tables.php and put the addStaticFile into it solved the problem.

Is the ext_tables.php missing here or is there another way to add the static templates?

I can verify the problem. There needs to be the ext_tables.php
