Provider Name & Short Name

If possible, it would be nice to customize the tab name (currently matching addon name) and short name that is displayed with file link (currently "nightcraw \n ler").

The original name would be pre-populated in an editable field(s) in the addon configuration.

One of the ways this could be useful is if you want to have multiple instances of the add-on (in affect giving you different sections/tabs. Also, if the line break is not looking like it should ("knightcraw" [break] "ler"). 😂. I know this is kinda out there on the edge...
