Setup NX workspace and caching

Made some progress here: https://github.com/sleeyax/torrentio-scraper-sh/tree/feat/nx ; the addon project builds but there's still some misconfiguration in the compilation/transpilation outputs causing a mismatch between the cache and output dist folder when you subsequently run the build command. I'll investigate this further tomorrow evening (GMT+1).
