I currently have to manually execute
every session to get my keyboard configured properly. I would like this to happen automatically on login / system startup.
I attempted to do this by adding it as a line in my
.xinitrc
This results in a black screen on login, bricking my system until I go back and remove the line in a
tty
.I've tried adding it at the end as well
exec qtile start sudo kmonad .config/kmonad/asus-m16.kbd
which also results in a black screen.
What is the recommended way to achieve automatic activation?
