Add the SBK driver for Exasol performance benchmarking.

Get the know the Exasol IO APIs , start from here : https://docs.exasol.com/db/latest/get_started.htm

Expected behavior
SBK with -class Exasol and additional parameters should benchmark the Exasol database performance
