Describe the bug
When opening Tusk in terminal, a simple error with the text Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module appears.
Edit: After a short while a new error message appeared: Gtk-Message: GtkDialog mapped without a transient parent. This is discouraged

Create dependency section in the README.md file
It would be helpful to create a section in the README.md file to address dependencies such as the libcanberra-gtk3-module.

I have tried re-installing the libcanberra-gtk3-module but no progress. The bug doesn't seem to affect the application much, but fixing small bugs one at a time increases overall quality of the app.

I see that there is 20 pull requests, over 190 issues and the latest release is from 2019 which is ~4 years old. Can anyone as well address the potential future of this app?

Thanks for any feedback.

Best regards
