Usability issue: Multiselect dropdown collapses after each selection

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In a multi-select dropdown, the list collapses after each selection. Its annoying to keep clicking in order to select/deselect multiple choices.

Describe the solution you'd like
The dropdown list must not collapse when user is selecting options. Once done, and user clicks anywhere else on the page outside the dropdown, the list must collapse.
