How forceUpdate property on needUpdate works?

On VersionCheck.needUpdate, forceUpdate property exist.

But I cannot find how this property works.

On this library code, there is nothing about forceUpdate property.

I'd be grateful if you let me know about this.

getCurrentVersion is work fine but getLatestVersion is not working
