Permission Denied on different disk

KCHVM0019E: Unable to start virtual machine UbuntuWorkMachine. Details: Cannot access storage file '/media/uuser/ssd/uwm040619.img' (as uid:64055, gid:129): Permission denied

I tried changing permissions , chown-ed the image to libvirt-qemu and kvm, but I still cant get it to stop saying permission denied. even changed the folder access to the same as /var/lib/libvirt/images
but the same error above kept coming up. Any ideas?
