Saveable character html page

Links back to the editable sheet using parameters in the html.
Creates said field parameters when opened with same get parameters as the web sheet uses

So long as the html page can be stored as a file locally. Then if opened by double ckicking the file. It opens the default browser and loads up the character stored in the file.
