Should we send users some sort of notifications? If so for what events? For each purchase? When certain thresholds are passed? A daily summary?

Sorry, totally ignored this issue. Do you want to notify the customers? Or the admins/operators? Anyway maybe we can talk about this in person very soon 😄

This ticket was to brainstorm if we want to send some emails and if so in what cases. It could be to operators when some users pass a certain negative balance, it could be the users for some thing or another.
