ERROR: Failed to run 'build' command on version upgrade from 22.0.5 to 23.0.0

I have a Dockerfile with FROM quay.io/keycloak/keycloak:22.0.5 it works nicely.
When I upgrade the version from 22.0.5 to 23.0.0 it gives me the following error :

Note:

1. I have a custom SPI
2. Dependencies are updated
3. I kept all configurations as needed.

What is the reason and from where it's coming from?
