[feature request] Deleting of dirs

I would really appreciate the option of deleting directories (shared) then just hiding them

@strib My request is for permanent deletion of shared private dirs so they don't stay listed as hidden.

@5h4d0ww0lf That's not how kbfs is supposed to work. All shared directories exist implicitly. They cannot be deleted.

@jwildeboer Yes I know that but there should be a step further from ignoring to actually discarding knowledge about this folder so it doesn't stay in ignored folders.
