On a vanilla install of windows 11, up to date as of March 10th 2024, a clean install of Keeweb desktop app doesn't open the URL for authentication when you click on the Onedrive or Google buttons.
If you change the default web browser (I switched it to Chrome but I suspect anything other than Edge would be OK) and try it again it works as intended.
I suspect this is more of an issue with Edge, and I don't expect the maintainers to spend any time tracking this down. However it did frustrate me for a while so I thought I would document it here for anyone else encountering this issue.
