This is merely a feature request, so not anything urgent. Currently to unlock a password database one needs to type its master password, which is annoying for strong passwords. A safe but maybe more convenient way to handle this would be to allow keeweb (the desktop app version) to talk with the OS' wallet manager (KDEWallet in my case, but the equivalent in Gnome, MacOSX and I believe even windows). The password to the key file could be stored in the wallet and at unlock times one would only need to type in the wallet password (or use fingerprint/face recognition in supported devices) to unlock it. This is how I was running the AuthPass program in macosx (I haven't been able to make AuthPass work on linux yet, so I'm trying out KeeWeb) and since my laptop does have a fingerprint reader, it would be convenient to unlock the password database this way.
