KeePassXC 2.7.7 Steals focus on startup on Win 11

Overview

when keepassxc starts up on windows 11 it steals focus from another app where I am typing a password
and I get half the password in one app and the rest in KeepassXC

Note: This is an annoying detail in an otherwise stellar application

Not sure if this behavior is isolated to Windows 11 or also happens on other platforms.
This bug report is just for Windows 11 on intel hardware

Steps to Reproduce

Boot up computer, log in to windows 11 desktop
Many apps are set to auto start at login including KeepassXC
Google chrome loads
My f5 BigIP VPN client loads and opens an web Auth window (maybe a chrome window? or MS edge? not sure which)
I start typing the username and pw in to the web auth window

KeepassXC starts and steals the focus half way through my password entry

I am not a windows developer so have no idea how window focus works - Dont assume I know anything special here - this is an annoying behavior report only!

Expected Behavior

When an app starts up, it should not steal focus from a current foregrounded app in Windows 11 where I am typing

We have an option to minimize on startup that you can enable to solve this issue. Generally speaking, your password app is the first thing you want to log into when your computer starts.

Shouldn't you be using KeePassXC for this?

LOL - I see where you are coming from there, but no,
I have that VPN password memorized - I can remember at least a few pw without KeepassXC :)

Heres another issue --- after I enter my KeepassXC master password, the focus goes nowhere. How about moving focus in to the keepassXC search bar so I dont have to click in to that every time before I can search. :)

The search focus is a bug in 2.7.7 that has been fixed
