Are Custom Attribute s (indirectly referenced via {REF:𝑥@O:}), Additional attributes (auto-typed via {S:})?

If so, perhaps the doc could merge references to the two (as Additional custom attributes ?), so searching on custom attribute within the doc finds the additional attribute description, as well?
