Manually trimmed data files causes segfault

While completing a lab for the Spring 2023 offering of BIOE 485 at Stanford, a student uploaded the current files which produced an error on the web app: Rajagopal2015_manually_trimmed_data.zip.

After testing the files locally, they cause a segfault for a reason I've been unable to determine yet. Running the files in Debug didn't yield any useful results. As per the instructions of the lab, these files were manually edited in a text editor to trim the data, so there could be any sort of small error in these files that is causing the error.

Creating this issue to not lose track of this error.
