Inkscape crash with sb_up_arrow

Not sure if this is inkscape's problem, but inkscape crashes when using this cursor theme because it can't find the sb_up_arrow cursor. This happens when you hover over the blur or capacity bars in the layers tab. For now, I've created a symlink from sb_up_arrow to up-arrow, and that seems to have fixed it.
