"Did-you-mean" support

It would be nice for the kbsecret CLI to provide "did-you-mean" suggestions for misspelled record labels.

For example, the current behavior of kbsecret login:

$ kbsecret login foobarbar
Fatal: No such record(s).

With "did-you-mean":

$ kbsecret login foobarbar
Fatal: No such record(s).
Did you mean: foobarbaz?

Open to suggestions on how to implement this.
