getting error message while training and testing
tensorflow.python.framework.error_imp.InvalidArgumentError: input image must be of non-zero size.

tensorflow: 1.14.0
keras 2.1.6

below are the config parameters provided
anchor_box_scales = [16, 32]
im_size = 416
rpn_stride=8
