[TS] Typing for datetimeFormats

Hello, I want to provide my non-legacy i18n with datetime formatting rules. Since I may want to reuse those I'd like to store them in a constant, like so:

export const datetimeFormats : ??? = {
  en: {
    short: ...
  },
  de: {
    short: ...
  },
  ...
}

But I'm missing the type. The documentation states it's DateTimeFormats, but my IDE (VSCode) cannot detect the location of this type.

So I tried to find it myself and found it in @intlify/core-base/dist/core-base, which sounds awfully like it's internals that I as a user shouldn't use. It works tho.

Is this the right type? Is there a re-export that I missed?

Just noticed that this is the v8 / vue 2 repository, while I'm using v9 / vue 3. Oops.
