Return fugacity information with "verbose" function calls

User requested the ability to get at fugacities of H2O and CO2 in the fluid. Plan is to return calculated fugacities when user passes "verbose" argument. This needs to also be added to the documentation, including an advanced tutorial on how to directly use the fugacity_models fugacity methods.
