  • The code paths for restoring from a state file are unit tested for RunData, but should be integration tested for RunConfig as well. We should confirm that RunConfig is correctly reloaded from disk and that mismatched input files are detected.
  • Apparently we don't have any tests that proceed past the first "iteration". We should expand the test coverage in conjunction with Clarify support for (re)sampling from a pool of starting conformations. #6.
