Fixes #199 and #190

Short description of changes and motivation.

I suggest a unction that read from dropbox taking in accunt their format. In case you accept it, I can add sas, stata and spss format too.

Details:

create drop_read()
I add readxl and openxlsx to description
test 07 doesnt work because of token auth. I make them comment and every else thing is ok
