holepunch specified FROM rocker/binder:3.6.3 but

That failed on mybinder (and on repo2docker locally) with error:

manifest for rocker/binder:3.6.3 not found: manifest unknown: manifest unknown

Removing the :3.6.3 so it was just FROM rocker/binder seemed to make things work.

This was on a test repo at https://github.com/howisonlab/holepunch_test
