Limit logic might be broken

If I run this:

poetry -C ~/repos/SeaGOAT run gt "where can I select which politician's content is being displayed" 

in this repo: git@github.com:k-monitor/parliamentary_debates_open.git then the last result displayed is in README.md

and then I run

 poetry -C ~/repos/SeaGOAT run gt "where can I select which politician's content is being displayed" -l10

then again, results from README.md are being displayed. I think this is wrong, because probably the first file from the result without the limitations should be the one that shows up
