Expenses based on static costs assigned to tasks

Hi!

I'm using kanboard to manage an event. So in this case we have static costs which comes from our contractors / invoices.

I wanna monitor expenses to be sure we are in budget. I tried to find this feature in project but I failed.

So the my question is it possible (if yes please give me a hint) to monit how big is a budget and how many cost are already confirmed (e.g. task moved to DONE).

It's will be helpful to monit expanses.

I can put expanses manually to each task - no problem - its even better solution :)
