for some reason, the tool no longer is searching all folders #119

it did the right thing until a few days ago

it will show entries if one navigates into a project (1 level down) but will not show them from the directory above

changing this issue

when git-standup -f is used in a directory with a repo with a broken origin
the fetch update step silently fails

desired behavior:

informative message
scan continues
