The GitHub Action should use comments instead of annotations.

This project is pretty great, but I have an issue with the way it reports with its GitHub Action.

• First, using the annotations isn't great. It's somewhat redundant (especially when just adding extra fields/types) and spread out.
• Second, I love the final report that is written, the one that is similar to https://github.com/marketplace/actions/graphql-diff, but it is hidden in the actions tab of GitHub.

I think there should be an option where the Gihub action posts (and updates) a comment with this report. It can also contain other actionable information, for example on how to allow breaking changes (what label to add to the PR).
