show time of last execution/usage of operation/schema coordinate

in the conditional breaking changes output we could show for the operation that it has been last executed x seconds/minutes/hours/days ago.

For a schema coordinate we can do the same and show that the schema coordinate got last used x seconds/minutes/hours/days ago.

This gives useres additional context for accepting breaking changes.
