This emf file convert to svg, some text misplaced.

I'm seeing the same issue with this file. Too bad so sad I won't be able to use this project for my emf images after all, since I cannot trust it to do 100% proper conversion and cannot review each original & converted image to ensure expected output. Seems MS Office or Libre/OpenOffice is still the only option for faithful conversion.

Also tried inkscape, inkscape -e image238.png image238.emf but that app has similar bad issues with label positioning when interpreting emf files. https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inbox/-/issues/2847

In PowerPoint MacOS:
