Loads images and does nothing, shows complete, does not seem to recognize images anymore

UPDATE:: FOUND A WORKAROUND/"FIXED"....Moved images to a new folder on desktop worked fine, tried again in old location, still broken, moved the exact same file folder and subfolders to desktop and created a new folder inside for the unprocessed and processed images respectively....works as expected unexpectedly.

Original Problem::
Used the program for weeks with no issue, now it pretend to load the images and then does nothing as if I am choosing empty folders, please help me troubleshoot this

UPDATE: FIXED SEE ABOVE SOLUTION

Also I tried a workaround by downloading a different version and still somehow something on my pc or GPU has changed to make it impossible.
