Blocked by Play Protect

It says, the app may be harmfull. However I could click install.

To Reproduce
I have Android 10 with Google Play & Google Play Protect
Install the app via some F-Droid Client and get that warning.

Is that related to #8 where you say

i have good reasons and i do not want to make the reasons public

currently the app is not compatible any more with android-10 because since android-10 google does not allow querying the media database the way my app does. (see #155)
