Consider using "Restart Extension Host" instead of "Reload Window" to restart the Lua extension? #119

The Restart Extension Host command (id workbench.action.restartExtensionHost) is faster than reloading the entire window, and has the same effect of restarting the Lua Language Server (at least in my testing).
