It seems that the navigation is limited to 3 levels of children. No more.

Is this an expected limitation?

This currently isn't supported, but is coming in v0.3.0 (#192)

@pmarsceill I'm reopening this because #192 did not get included in v0.3.0, and grandchildren are not currently allowed to have children.
