Relative paths and collections

I just started using collections. Is there a known issue where relative paths are not resolved correctly when they span collections?

For instance, I have 2 collections:

1. _foo/README.md
2. _bar/README.md

In the first file, I have a link to ../_bar/README.md which is resulting in a 404 when clicked. Is this expected? I'm assuming this isn't JTD, but not sure where to look or when a fix will come. Anyone have context on how to work around this? Or am I just doing something wrong?

Never mind. Needed to enable relative paths for collections in config.
