Did you check the existing issues?

It looks like your problem is the most active issue here:
Support for JupyterLab 4.0 #1245

Please confirm and close this one as a duplicate if it is so.

If not then please:

  • Change the issue title to a descriptive one. "Can someone please help me?" does not say at all which problem this issue is about.
  • Add information about your environment:
    • pip list
    • jupyter server extension list
    • jupyter labextension list
