Plotly support status

Legend support is not optimal, currently plotly does not support multiple legends, so it is rendered as a new pair of axes with lines and text

While 2d plots are promising, 3d plots are really different from the native octave experience, mainly due to different viewport proportions when the view is rotated, and due to shading and text issues.
