Hello. i want to use the auto completion tool of lsp, and i have enabled it from lsp settings, but i have not the setting of auto completion of the jupyter lab itself, (as it was mentioned in a previuos other ones issue) this is the image:

in the image, you can see that i have the lsp's auto completion setting, but not the jupyter lab's. any solutions?

Please do link to it (and in future add a comment rather than opening a new issue if possible).

This checkbox needs to be checked in both "Code Completion" settings. If you only see the "LSP Completion Settings", please close and re-open the "Settings" - there seems to be a glitch when sometimes only one is shown.

I do not like that this needs to be enabled in such a way. There is an upstream issue suggesting how to resolve it jupyterlab/jupyterlab#15022 but help is needed to make it happen.

I reported this as a bug in JupyterLab in jupyterlab/jupyterlab#15871.
