[Feature] New message notifications

Feature request from user:
"Once the chat window is minimized that the 3 little dots would turn from white to example green with a little bounce effect once there is a reply."

Also there is needed notification in the favicon in main SimpleChat.Support admin panel.

Update: from version 1.2.0 there are notifications in the title of simplechat.support app
