New release for 9.8 critical vulnerability fix in 0.43.1 version

There is a 9.8 rated critical vulnerability found in apache commons text version 1.8 which is being pulled from version 0.8.1 of json flattener dependency in json module of our project.

This vulnerability is fixed in commons text version 1.10 and in turn in fixed in latest version of json flattener 0.16.4. I have merged PR to bump the version of json flattener to latest in both java 8 branch and master branch.

Can we look at releasing a tablesaw version with this fix?

Personally, I don't plan to do any more work on Tablesaw. I need to pick where I spend my time and simply don't have enough for this project anymore.

I understand that you need to spend your time on another project but this project is too useful and impactful to be without someone (like you) who can drive this project. I have used tablesaw in my previous 2 projects and found it to be very useful and neat. Do you have someone in mind who can take this project forward?
