Publishing to Open VSX Registry

It'd be useful for users of non-Microsoft VS Code releases (like code-server) if this were published to the Open VSX Registry: see https://github.com/eclipse/openvsx/wiki/Publishing-Extensions for a guide.

This issue has been open for some time now. Manually installing the .vsix file is tedious because it causes issues with settings sync. I have forked this extension, and published to my own openvsx namespace.
