jspm link routes/index.tsx

in the fresh example, results in this:

Err: No './index.tsx' exports subpath defined in ht
tps://ga.jspm.io/npm:routes@2.1.0/ resolving routes
/index.tsx imported from file:///home/bagher/oss/js
pm/examples/fresh-deno/.
