Also 2020v1.3 appears in the wild. Those seem to only exist for 990T ? https://www.irs.gov/charities-non-profits/ty2020-xml-schemas-and-business-rules-for-exempt-organizations-modernized-e-file

Perhaps these really should be absent as the T's are not being very usefully processed
